(1) The Take a Stake in the Lakes clean-up of Lake Waubesa is scheduled for Saturday, June 16.

a. Motion to approve corrections to the Village Board Minutes of April 23, 2012
(approved on May 29, 2012) .
a. Motion to approve pre-paid checks #56344-56362 in the amount of $7,926.16 and current checks #56363-56448 in the amount of $101,993.47.
b. Motion to accept Department Reports.
c. Motion to accept Board, Commission, and Committee meeting Minutes.

7. BUSINESS.
a. Action on Resolution #05-2012, a Resolution Formally Censuring Trustee Brian Utter
for Violating Title 2, Article VIII, of Municipal Code.
b. Action on Resolution #06-2012, a Resolution Formally Censuring Trustee Tim Utter
for Violating Title 2, Article VIII, of Municipal Code.
c. Action on a request by President Harried to reconsider the May 29, 2012 Village Board
approval of Ordinance #2012-05, an Ordinance to Amend Various Provisions
of Chapter 62, Article III, of the McFarland Municipal Code Relating to Floodplain
Zoning due to an omission.
d. Action on proposed Ordinance #2012-05A, an Ordinance to Amend Various Provisions
of Chapter 62, Article III, of the McFarland Municipal Code Relating to Floodplain
Zoning.
e. Discussion and possible action on a proposed commercial lease with McFarland Youth Center, Inc. for the Village-owned premises at 5114 Farwell Street.
f. Confirm the 2012-2013 organizational goals as identified and prioritized at the Planning Retreat. Assign to responsible committees and determine desired completion dates.
g. Informational report on the 2011 Consumer Confidence Report for the McFarland Water Utility and on the brochure “Residential Water User Cross-Connection Hazards.”
h. Informational report on the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report for the McFarland Sewer Utility.
i. Authority, Board, Commission, and Committee agenda item requests and referrals.
